Gift card questions
How does the recipient get the card?
By email, right away or on the date you choose (for example their birthday morning). You get a receipt and a copy too. You can also have it sent only to you, to forward or print.
How do they use it?
They show the email or the code when paying at Rassa. The full value is used in one visit, for food, drinks or both.
Does it expire?
No. Rassa gift cards have no expiration date.
Can I add my own photo?
Yes. Upload a photo and it becomes the front of the card, or pick one of our designs.
Is paying online safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe on their secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Lost the email?
Call us at (781) 472-4000 or reply to your receipt and we will resend it.
