What we collect

This website has no accounts. When you book a table, we keep the details you enter (name, phone, email, date, time, party size, occasion, notes, allergies and any extras) so we can hold your table, send your confirmation and a reminder, and look after you on the day. When you send a catering, private event or contact message, the details are emailed to us so we can reply.

News and offers

If you tick "Send me news and offers" when booking, we may email you about events and specials. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to stop. If you do not tick it, we only email you about your booking.

Gift cards

When you buy a gift card we keep the names, emails, phone number and message you enter so we can deliver the card, send your receipt and honor the card. Photos you upload are used only on that card. Payment is handled by Stripe on their secure page; we never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment.

Ordering

Online orders are handled by our ordering partner, Clover. Their privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Third-party content

Pages with a map load it from Google Maps, so Google may receive your IP address when the map loads. Our fonts are hosted on this site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use (for example, how many people book a table). It uses cookies and shares visit data with Google; it does not receive your name, email or phone number. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email hello@rassaboston.com. We never sell your details.
