Our batter is ground from rice and urad dal and rested overnight, then spread paper-thin on a hot griddle. Have it plain and crisp with ghee, with spiced potato, Mysore style with red chutney, or as a thick onion uttapam. Every one is vegetarian and gluten-free, and comes with coconut chutney and sambar.
Choose a curry or a Rassa special, then pick naan or basmati rice, and a samosa, masala fries, salad or raita. Add a lassi, chai, filter coffee or lemonade for $5.
